Here I go again. Looks like there is doubling in STATES and DIME. Where's my DDR?

Mechanical Doubling, yes.
(There is no notching or "separation" where both come together.)

DDR, not so much.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

MD is a reduction of the devices. Dimes are pretty slim pickings for doubled dies:

1964-D does have some nice DDRs, but yours is not one of them:
While these look like MD, note the devices are enlarged and shows contour on the devices that are affected.
