scrapes are deepest on and in front of face, both sides covered with scrapes. green stuff on both sides

Those are called rolling lines. They are from the rolling out of the metal of the stock material.
2001-Dime-Planchet-Scrapes
These can be seen on the struck and unstruck areas, but like your coin after the original finish is missing they they stand out more. No premium for these, just an explanation of what they are.
