1974-D LMC Upper Column Help!

Most of the pictures here I'm 99% sure is MD or Die Deterioration, but my main focus is the top of the columns. I'm not experienced enough to know whether that's worthless or true doubling, but from what I've seen from other years, it looks pretty close. Made sure to look at regular strike 1974 Ds nothing similar so, I Won't get excited or anything but let me know your thoughts and what exactly that is! Thank you.

Looks like Die Abrasion marks on the columns and Die Deterioration Doubling, on the obverse.
