Does the toning on this loon bring the grade down, what do you think the grade is?

This coin was in a shotgun roll of 87's since 1987, all 25 coins have the same toning.

Fantastic eye appeal The grade should be higher. I do not know Canadian grading but a rough guess MS-63.

MS64
Canadian grading is technical grading eye appeal is not a factor.
For our southern neighbors eye appeal must be considered when grading a coin.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
