2018 Minnesota Voyageurs Quarter

I recently found a 2018 Minnesota Voyageurs Quarter in change. I know absolutely nothing about coins or if this coin is actually an error or damaged. There is no reeding on the edge and it appears to be copper on the edge. The edge is very smooth and seems more raised than a typical quarter. The lip is more rasied making it almost sharp. Also the letters around the edge seem to be not as clear as other typical quarters. Anyone know if it is an error or do I just not have a clue what I'm looking at?

Put it on top of a regular quarter and you will see that the
diameter is slightly smaller.

Dryer coin. The metal is still all there, but is flattened inwards from the constant flattening on the edge of the coin. Here are a few examples:
