The Guernsey in Uncirculated condition is listed for $20
The Scotland note in UNC is listed for $50 and $20 in VF

I would say they are keepers.

Quite a nice Scottish pound , I lived there all my days until last year and ive never seen one quite like that one.
If I'm not mistaken the note is as old as me , havnt heard of the commercial bank either.
Thats the cool thing in Scotland , each bank issues its own notes , lots of variety.
