Did you know that the 1936 proof and business strike quarters were all type 'A'? So why are they not collectable for the type 'A' reverse on the proofs? Why? Because they were all that way. The type 'B' proof reverses didn't start until 1937 on the quarters. So if all the coins are normal, none are different. They are just normally that way that year.
