Hi Coins Collectors,

I Have got a 1995 US quarter with what looks like a mole on the neck. This is not visible to the naked eye. Took pictures keeping it in 4 directions to make sure it is not due to direction of light.

On the back the two T's of States seem to have longer horizontal lines.

Have any of you come across a coin like this.
Advise what this could be and what it would be worth. Attaching snaps to view.

to CCF. If the mole is raised it probably is a hit/ding and the T's look normal to me. Good photos by the way. I think PMD with no added value.
