I am trying to find the spelling for a term that was used for trade tokens in the 30s and 40s.
Henkie, hinkey, henkey, or something along those lines.
I have tried searching with various combinations and do not get any hits. But I am not sure of the spelling, only the phonetics. The thought also occurs to me that it may just be a colloquialism that isn't in print.
I am in Idaho.
