Hi I'm kind of new to all of this and need some help. I have a 1994 penny that is slightly larger then other pennies. The color is black and the weight is only 2.40 grams. Has anybody ever come across this before?

We will need pictures of course but it sounds like a Texas Cent. Diameter is larger and the copper has been removed exposing the zinc core.
