Sorry to say this, but it is a replica - not only is the style of the lettering incorrect for the period, but Roman coins with the large "SC" on them are always copper coins, never silver.
Your coin is therefore a "tourist copy" (wrong metal) of a copper as, struck in the name of general Agrippa, a friend and companion-at-arms of Augustus. Genuine examples of this coin can be seen on this Wildwinds page.
