since the 21(P) is known to have some weak strikes, the obverse is nicely struck up and helps with the grade. the obverse looks AU58, the reverse AU53. I feel ok with a net grade on this one at AU55

The obverse is a bit baggy, but I'm with @panzaldi on this one, AU-55.
