Found this from a roll of quarters. Part of the faces on the observe and reverse surfaces are flat. The edge of the quarter has no reed and slightly thicker than an average quarter. I think if someone grinded the edge away and flattened the faces the wt of the coin would be less that what it shows. What do you guys think?

Place it over a regular quarter and you should find that
the diameters is slightly smaller.
