chronos Pillar of the Community Lebanon 505 Posts	Posted 02/16/2020 5:03 pm Hello, This is a 10lebanese pound coin 1981 "Essai" or Specimen The coin is in a Ms grade range but it has a weird rough surface . I'd wait and let some other people chime in. I have seen this on many foreign coins including copper/nickel coins. Report this Post to the Staff
