ChangeFinds1997 Valued Member United States 85 Posts	Posted 02/16/2020 6:36 pm Thanks again for the help on the radar I found, but I have this $5 I've had in a book for a couple weeks that has the lowest number I've seen in 13 years of collecting. The bill is in overall crisp condition, some centerfold wear but is intact without tears sort of glossy too in spots. By your screen name it appears you collect from circulated finds and this might be the lowest you find.
