1879-S Morgan Dollar - Keep It Or Not?

jason39305 Pillar of the Community United States 743 Posts	Posted 02/17/2020 12:13 pm I purchased this Morgan dollar last week from my LCS. I paid a good price for the grade except for this spot on the left wing on the reverse. The bag marks look more like scratches in the photo for reference. I went home and soaked it in acetone and the spot toned down a little. I'm torn on what to do, I like buying from him, but He did say I could return it if I wanted. What should I do? Glad I did this, every time I looked at that spot on the reverse, it would have made me upset. Report this Post to the Staff
