The photos aren't great but it looks like NS-2A5: 3 thin leaves, one touches the F in OF; double cut K in TOKEN on reverse. It is a mule A4 + A2. Grade Fine details - cleaned and scratch.

I checked the Ingram/Marelic NS token book and came up with NS-2A4 (PNS-204, Courteau 263 R-3). Here are some photos of one; check the stem, thorns and bract (rounded centre) on the reverse. On the obverse, check the ribbon ends, and the big give-away is the spot between the top 3 leaves on George (see the 3rd photo). It's the 4th leaf tip, the rest of the leaf doesn't exist.
