MS-66 EDS . Sharp Liberty for the date , Sharp horn and Full split tail . Some small reverse hits ,rough fields both sides . Still going with 66 .

i don't think thisis gem. several hits on buffalo, many hits on obverse and reverse rims. 63, maybe 64 on the strength of the strike.
