This coin shows up the huge difference in actual words used to describe the condition. "Fine" in Sheldon is F-12. That's a huge 28 Sheldon Point difference.
All of the shape of the body of the design (both sides) is there, but there is obvious wear on all of the high points of the design (both sides).
For British coins, I much prefer British grading descriptions.
