I received my first two coins to start a 20th century type set today.

When I went to put them in an album I was going to display them in the standard fashion (lowest to highest denomination first followed by chronological order second) but I had a different idea and was looking for opinions.

I was thinking to display them by Monarch first, denomination second, and chronological order third.

Would this look too chaotic? Opinions?

I would display "by denomination by date" and forget about the monarch, nobody takes much notice of them here. Apply the KISS rule and you'll be glad.

The old, not made anymore Dansco Canadian Type Set Albums (there were two needed) went by Monarch and denomination. The set looks pretty nice that way.
