I don't see the "large over small" but I cannot see close enough to accurately tell. with John1, closer, sharper pics are needed, please.

Lot better pics,I think the stain mark above the mint mark and the damage on the numbers makes you think it is a LG/SM but it is not.

Clearer pictures indicate it is not a small over large date.

The Small date that year looked like the on the 9 & 6, but there is also some contact marks on the upper part of the '6'.

The 1960-D were common. The 1960 plain small dates are premium coins. Both Business Strikes and Proofs
