Hi guys just wondering if this is an error or rare stamp looks like a "O" on the eagles wing but don't know exactly how it happened and also I believe theres a MD on the L in liberty actually its on all liberty except on the I

That "O" looks like a small die Chip and yes, that is MD on the lettering.

JimmyD thanks for clearing the md part new at this and want to learn as much as possible and tha "O" its printed or more like before it was plated something was holding it? I'm not sure never seen it. It's more like it's stamped on the wing Will like to know how was it possible if possible

Die crack on 'R' on America. Nothing major, but the coin is silver.

These aren't "printed" because they are minted and in the case of this coin, "plated" because it's a silver coin. You can read more about Machine Doubling here. It's good you're asking questions, as that's how you learn!
