What you have on your coin are very weak die cracks.

No it's not an "error" coin, only a cent that was minted by a cracked die. It's from the condition or stage that the die was in. If It has cracks on all four corners or your first one with die cracks, list/record it and keep until a better one comes your way.... to CCF..best of luck on future finds, keep at it - there's plenty of error coins out there and have fun....
