Are these die chips (chunks) on both sides of this quarter, or did something (or someone) else cause this? It looks like there was another blob beside the 6 that fell off. Any insight would be appreciated here.

Or they could be solder added to the coin? PSD is that is the case. (The color should be slightly different than the base metal)
