my name is Davere. I collect all interesting coins regardless of their value to others. and then the fun begins. I then research these coins to find out how they were made. Such as die clashes, doubled die, RPMs and so on. I'm currently looking into what was the cause of the error known as "spitting eagle". I know it has nothing to do with die cracks or polishing. their are too many other anomalies on this coin that only seem to occur on this variety. Anyway I thank everyone for being here and being such a great help to others and myself in researching these interesting coins.
