I remember seeing this before online but I could not find anything now. Is this a gas bubble or something else on Lincoln's earlobe? I tried to push it down with a toothpick(!) but looks like either the pressure was not enough or it is solid. It's not flat, that's for sure! Thank you for your expert opinions!

Looks like hard trapped plating debris,or a well placed die chip.
