These pics turned out a little darker, and if it was a more valuable coin I'd re-take them. But I graded this when I bought it. I thought it was a 45 then. I still do. I don't think it's been cleaned, and if I've understood your comments on other coins correctly, you don't say "not cleaned" but "it grades straight", is that right?

So what do you think?

I'll say VF-35, or perhaps EF-40.

XF40. If the eagle had some more detail on the chest I would say 45. Problem free coin for sure. Looks good
