Looks like a gas bubble from heat, PMD.

@oyaji, when we see these odd bubbles on clad coins, we typically ascribe that to excessive heat, such as from a propane torch. Sometimes, but not always, you can see some evidence on the other side too.

Your opinions much appreciated! Forgive the different photo angles taken, I was trying to display what I could not see. Given there is no evidence of reverse damage, I was not entirely clear if it was PMD. The location of the anomaly on the obverse would be in the area of the right hand drum stick and right corner of snare drum on the reverse. Thank you!
