I was looking at buying this nice coin but was wondering what the grey-sheets and everyone's opinions are... the pcgs site values it at $150 (going down) and that is what the gentleman wants for it. What do you all think

Greysheet is $80 but that is way low since you are talking about a certified PR69. Numismedia lists PR69 @$131 so I would say try and talk him down a little bit.

Deal worked out and it should go in the mail tomorrow! We agreed on the price he wanted when he tossed in 79, 80, 81, 99 souvenir sets! I'm super excited.
