I recently picked up a copy of the catalogue of the 2016 (I think?) auction of the Cornerstone collection of Canadian coins. Those of you who are not aware of it might well be interested. It is truly extraordinary - the most gorgeous set of super-high grade Canadian coins that I know of. It's the stuff dreams are made of - a comprehensive collection of mostly flawless coins - right back to the 1858 Province of Canada issue.

On the other hand, there's something about it that leaves me a teensy bit cold. Everything is so perfect as to be a little soulless... the more I collect and look at stuff, the more I find that a problem free AU is maybe my favourite coin.

Just making conversation..... curious to know what you all think out there.

I didn't know people collected Canadian coins.
Just kind of kidding since I do but only the Pennies. And here in the USA, not easy to find those anywhere.
