Heavy die polishing on this critter. Note the right rear leg and parts of LIBERTY, as well as the second feather and top of the buffalo's head. The lower ribbons are nearly abraded away.

Adjusting for the die polishing, this is another great example of the "AU Slider" (future EF-48). The gouges on the eyebrow and to the right of the second feather are the only serious distractions. The fields are clean, and some luster remains.

The die states are very well matched EMDS. That's rarely the case with 1925 buffs. That's one of the dates that sometimes appears with painfully mismatched dies.

At $13? A steal. Good snag.
