Maybe a struck through a thin layer of grease or maybe acidic liquid,ether way not an error. In future posts,please post photos rotated properly...thanks. John1
Looks more like grease or oil was on the die and had some grit in the struck through, leaving the coin affected on those areas. No premium for this, just an explanation of what you are seeing. I've seen this before:
