I do not see any of the obvious doubling on IGWT.
BUT....the S mm looks like it is beneath a 5...? or something...
I see it, but I really don't understand what it is. I think I see some doubling on the date; specifically the bottom of the 9.

As always; thank you guys for your assistance.
This, I do believe, is the ONLY 1969 S penny I have.

Is this a repunched mint mark variety?
or
Is this a DDO?

It's neither. Not a Doubled Die Obverse or a Repunched Mintmark. Normal coin.

To CCF Deeznutz! Unfortunately, coin #1 shows classic Machine Doubling, since the date has been reduced in size. No premium for this. Coin #2 just shows hits and circulation wear and flattening. Both of them are spenders.

On the first one, what you are seeing in the lower loop is called die punch damage. The metal on the punch get bent over and leaves marks like this on several dies until they replace the puncheon.
Aging punch damage progression (These are all different dies in different stages of die punch damage, how the damage affects the lower loop area.
Progression: (Note how the punch breaks down punching into hardened dies) If every mintmark punch damage was collected, almost all coinage with mintmarks, would be considered a RPM. But they are not. This can show on a RPM, but note that it is not part of the RPM.

These damaged punch marks are not RPM, but mintmark punch damage.
