XF Details damaged

I would have passed on the coin because of the distracting spot next to the WE, and on the reverse there could be graffiti. Under UNUM there is what appears to be RA, and someone may have tried to rub out the R. Look at it when you get it in hand. If the coin has graffiti and not noted by seller, I would send it back.
