Looks like the reverse die was brittle. There's a lot of die cracks on the reverse. Reverse looks like it's in a Early Die State.

Or a struck through debris that was on the fields. (greasy paper or something thin. Held in place during the strike and then fell off the coin. You can see the outline of something that was there during the strike on the interior areas of the devices.

More of an interest piece. Something you could show to a new collector to help him learn faster. Kind of a 'Show and tell' item. Premium, might be hard to get, but it may cause interest.
