Signed 1972-1997 Seconds To Midnight Double Dollar Limited Sterling And 22k

Hi I'm wondering about a signed 1972-1997 seconds to midnight double dollar ussr set with signed by both Paul Henderson and Vladislav Tretiak. From my countless hours of research the only thing it could be is to be part of a limited autographed line. The only other one that looks similar is one I've seen that has different autographs but it does say it's from a limited set of 200. The 2 dollar is 925 silver and 24k gold plate (or maybe it could be like the 2006 limited variant with 22k centre and the 4 carat rose gold outer ring I just do some gemstone and jewellery work and it almost looks like the silver is wearing thin at certain points and you see gold on the outer ring hmm haha wishful thinking) the silver dollar as well as the 50 cent 25 cent 10 cent and 5 cent are all 925 silver. The penny is bronze. The regular circulation sized dollar is the only one that is magnetic. The book is leather bound and says genuine bonded leather on the back. The inside lining is white and the ribbon in white and blank. 1997 on the spine. What do I have?

The only coin book with the right colors and autographs is part of a 200 set limited release for 200 on ebay and I found 2 other varients from the 200 set
