Probably not a big deal coin, but the first error my newbie self can identify as a mint error. Are these pretty common?

The last pic is to show true color of penny - not sure why it looks yellow with my phone pics.

Thanks!

Off center coin. Not a MAD (Mis-Aligned-Die issue) What does the edge look like. I'm wondering if it is a partial collar because of the last image?

Hey Coop - thanks for the quick response! The side that runs off the edge is smooth with no "lip", and thinner than the side with the lip. Hope that helps, I can try to get pics of the edge if needed.

I'm looking for something like this:

It the coin had reeds on the edge (your wouldn't) the reeds would be interrupted on the edge of the coin.

Just an off center then. Is the coin bent at all? I wondered it the collar created the incuse area on the WE TRUST area?

Pretty much normal then. But if not bent, it is or original feeling. 'Off center strike'.

It might have take a hit on the area in question during the strike, without bending the coin.
