Are These Errors Or Are They Just Damaged Help Please.

JamesAkaSteele New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 03/05/2020 12:49 pm Got a 2018 d penny looks rought and think I can see other letters under some of the printing and it is missing letters on words and I think a thin layer below Lincoln's head is pilling off or Maby somethi g got pressed to it and did not stick to metal. And noticed the outside of the penny rim is off color on half of it. And got a quarter with a hole in it not sure if its from making or damage. As for the penny, MAYBE the first image is of one that was Struck Through Grease, but no way to tell with such blurry photos.
