to CCF. Need better photos and a weight. If it is genuine it will be worth a few bucks. Check ebay sold values for an idea.

It looks like electroplated with copper. There are many vids on YouTube of people doing this.

Or a metal detector find. If you see a hint of silver color on the highest devices, the corrosion has worn off those areas. (above Liberty) On the missing cladding it is often noticed the weaker strikes happen because of the missing cladding. (Also making it lighter)

Can't really tell by the pic but I do have some advice, always hold your coins by the rim that way you won't transfer a fingerprint on the coins surface.

Sorry, there are times that we want it to be, what we really, badly want it to be, but this is not it. It is not a missing clad, Uneven surface colors along with dark spots on the face and in between devices, a sharp focused picture with TRUE color will confirm.
