Another coin I graded when I acquired it. Didn't know much about cleaning then (Still don't know too much), but looking at it now I'm wondering if it has been cleaned.

So what do you think of grade and condition?

I'll say EF-40 on this one. Possibly cleaned long ago.

The coin is not original as it looks like it had an old cleaning and starting to re-tone. I see some hairlines, so I am going with XF details cleaned.
