It Caught my eye because of the dark stripes on both the obverse and reverse, the kinda mirror each other. I am wonder if they are hail line cracks that have filled in over the years with some substance that has stained the crack. Any opinions?

These lines do not mirror each other when you flip the coin. Is their actually evidence of a die crack? Otherwise, I'd just say this is some odd, random toning issue that may never be resolved.
