coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 03/07/2020 12:00 am The bust is showing an over polished die issue, the devices look more like the 1960's cents. (larger than the 1943 devices) If this were a real example, the die should be fresh at this point. (if the copper planchets were left over, they should be the first examples struck by fresh dies) Unless the employees added blanks later on because I have seen examples of that were not EDS, but were considered mint struck.
