The DDO's are so similar-looking, that I am once again asking for expert help to figure out the attribute for one of these tricky DDOs.

This is the second of two similar coins, which to me look like different DDO's based on what I can figure out, but really not sure.

Same answer as your other coin, I don't think that's a DDO. Looks like the 2nd A in America took a hit. If it was a DDO, the A should be increased in size.

Sorry Fuzzy, but the forecast here calls for 100% chance of doubled dies. CPG is messed up on these and they are hard to ID as to which is which but quite certainly they are quite strong doubled dies.

Here is an image from the one I posted for ID a month or more ago. Shows things better.

This one looks like a clear FS-101, S-4. The best place to look on the these doubled dies is the word UNITED and the eye of the eagle. This one has prominent T doubling ( a big stick like thing sticking out of the left side) that matches the FS-101, and not the 105, in my opinion. Also, the eye doubling of this doubled die is a little slanted toward the right where as the FS-105 is a little straighter down. Another die marker would be the rim Cud on the top of the obverse, easy pointer towards FS-101.

I am seeing FS-101 Snow-4. There is a rim Cud above STATES, the missing wing tip (repaired) and the doubling on UNITED looks right as well. I'm surprised you found 2 FEC DDOs recently. It took me around 1.5-2 years for me to find my first. Its in my signature if you are interested to see. Wonderful coin and a tough doubled die to find! Well done!

Finally clearing the desk and revisiting the flying eagles. Thank you for the most excellent comments and clear reasoning on the attribution. Greatly appreciated and this one can be honestly filed and really happy to get it labeled correctly as it is a very nifty doubled die.

Thanks again!
