I was just given these from an uncle and I see these full strike coins with a D & P mint mark with Ms before the grade. Yet they're not considered a business strike or a proof are they?

Disregard what's on the labels...INB....basement grader, full strike means squat. Business struck coins would be graded in MS (mint state). Proof coins would be graded PR (proof)
Edited: I'm sure your Uncle meant well, but I'd bet he overpaid for those coins

That's what confused me, I didn't see one Ms 70 on the population report and I know it's virtually impossible to get one with a business strike coin. After I posted I looked at the company on the slabs and it all clicked. They still or most still look way different than business strikes I see and think maybe I should get this graded. Kinda of scares me how far away I am from even getting a 65-66

Don't bother getting them graded,it would cost more than the coins are worth. Keep them for the sentimental reasons, and attach a note about what you learned about the coins/slabs here on CCF.
