All I can say is that as always, I graded this when I got it and I hoped my grade was close. Looking at it now I see that mark next to the eagles right wing, and I think It also might have a bit too much chatter on the cheek and obverse fields to make 63.

But what do you think?

MS-63 still seems reasonable.
