Hello. This is an interesting, undated coin/token with the EIC Bale Mark on the obverse, and 5 stars on the reverse. Anyone seen anything like it? Thanks. The diameter is approx. 28mm. Thanks in advance for any clues.

Not a coin, but may have some historic value in exonumismatics.
My guess? A plantation token.
