Yikes--not much detail reminaing. While we wait for @bob to work his magic, I wonder if anyone can comment on the rough, arc-like swatch of coloration on both sides. Is that just surface discoloration or something like remnant solder from a prior mount?

Looking at this a little closer, I'm thinking it looks a bit like a tetradrachm of Seleukos II.

It's a Roman Provincial Tetradrachm from Alexandria, maybe Claudius

Reverse figure is leaning on a column. Perhaps Eleutheria?:

Edit: Base metal peeking through? Maybe an ancient imitation of the Provincial Egyptian issues I linked to?
