Only weighs like 2.93 grams. Would that be caused by the shape it's in

to the CCF!

It looks like it may have been buried for a time. The acidity of the ground it was buried in has caused the outer surfaces to corrode. It could have been cleaned and then returned to circulation.

It is a bit corroded and also looks like a large date.

How can we tell the difference?

The bottom of the '7' droops below the '0' in the date.
When searching for these on the internet, you can use a business card and tell which is which even if the angle the date on the image:

So COOP, how would I go about get a decent premium for it then? If you don't mind me asking. I travel for a living. I enjoy looking at coins in my spare time. I've let some nice pieces get away due to my lack of knowledge and a thief. So if possible, point me in the right direction please. Thank you kindly.

Large dates are the common ones. Just a few dies had the ODV-026 dies on them. Thus why everyone is looking for the small date ones. Your coin is a spender or to be save as copper melt in the future.
