So is this a Cameo proof? As opposed to a DCAM?

I seem to see two marks in the field behind the head and another on the collar. If these are there, then no better than PR-63.

proofs are tough to judge from photos, maybe PF64

Yes... working on getting right camera and lighting angle for reflective coins... I will try to post some new photos soon...

Yes Coinfrog there are some disturbances to the field behind his head... they are not define scratches... but I see what you are looking at to grade... thanks for the info!
