Here's a 1986-D unc. Washington quarter that I think looks pretty good. I would guess MS-65, but I would like the experts opinions.
I'm including both with light and no backlight to hopefully help in grading.

I like the obverse better than the reverse, might go MS65

Clean '86. I'd go for a strong MS63--given the photos supplied.

Obverse might go 65, but the reverse pics are hard to read.
